Reiki Level 1 – A Weekend of Energy, Mindfulness, and Self-Healing

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing in which universal life energy is channeled through the hands. Many people use Reiki as a tool for relaxation, recovery, and increased mindfulness.

Many people find Reiki to be deeply relaxing, grounding, and soothing. For some, it becomes a lifelong practice, while for others, it serves as a valuable tool to use in everyday life when the body and mind need to pause and recover.

During the course, you'll have the opportunity to explore Reiki at your own pace and develop a solid foundation to build upon.

You also don't need to be particularly sensitive or able to sense energy in any special way. The most important thing is your curiosity and your willingness to explore.

This course is for you if:

No prior knowledge is required.

We alternate between theory, practical exercises, meditation, and reflection. The focus is on helping you feel comfortable with Reiki and giving you the opportunity to experience and explore the method for yourself.

Reikin's Fundamentals
A clear and easy-to-understand introduction to Reiki and its fundamentals.

Energy & the Chakra System
Understanding energy flow and the chakra system.

Hand Positions
Learn classic hand positions for self-treatment and full-body treatment.

Self-Treatment
Hands-on training in using Reiki on yourself.

Give Reiki to Others
Practice giving Reiki to others in a safe and respectful way.

Meditation & Mindfulness
Meditations focused on mindfulness and integration.

Questions & Reflection
Time for questions, reflection, and personal guidance during the course weekend.

Classes are held in small group, which creates a calm and personal environment where you have the freedom to ask questions, practice, and grow at your own pace.

I'll be with you throughout the weekend, guiding you in both theory and practice.

As part of Reiki Level 1, you'll receive a Reiki Initiation According to the Usui Reiki System. The initiation is an important part of the course and marks the beginning of your own Reiki practice.

After completing the course, you will receive a Certificate as a Level 1 Reiki Practitioner according to the Usui Reiki System.

Initiation
An initiation into Reiki according to the Usui Reiki system is included in the course.

Diploma
Upon completion of the course, you will receive a diploma certifying you as a Level 1 Reiki Practitioner.

By the end of the weekend, you’ll have a basic understanding of Reiki and how you can use this method in your own daily life.

You'll gain knowledge and practical tools to:

use Reiki as a moment of calm, balance, and recovery

perform self-treatment and provide basic Reiki to others

pay closer attention to your body's signals

Explore your intuition and your relationship with energy; continue to develop your own Reiki practice

The idea is that by the end of the weekend, you’ll have a solid foundation that will allow you to continue exploring Reiki at your own pace.

Registration Fee
800 SEK. The registration fee is deducted from the total course price and is non-refundable.

Refresher Course
50% of the regular course price, subject to availability.

Lunch
We have a lunch break during the day. You're welcome to bring your own lunch; there's a microwave in the studio. There are also restaurants nearby for those who'd rather buy lunch.

Coffee Break
Throughout the day, light refreshments will be served, including tea, coffee, fruit, and nuts.
