Welcome to a personal development day at Arctic Touch by Ulrika.

We'll start with a conversation where you tell me what you want to work on and what you hope to get out of the session. Then I'll tailor the lesson to your needs.

During the session, we’ll alternate between hands-on practice, demonstrations, guidance, and reflection. You’ll have the opportunity to try things out, ask questions, and immediately put what we cover into practice.
