Meet Ulrika—knowledge, curiosity, and a holistic perspective
I, Ulrika, am the founder of Arctic Touch. Over the years, my interest in human well-being has led me to acquire a broad and ever-expanding knowledge of massage, body therapy, Reiki, healing, movement, and holistic treatment methods.
For me, there’s no one-size-fits-all approach. We’re all different, our needs change, and sometimes the body needs something different from the mind. That’s why I’ve chosen to train in several different fields so I can approach people from different perspectives.
Among other things, I am certified massage therapist and have pursued further education in Natural Facelift, Gua Sha, TMJ treatment, Indian Head Massage, fascia, Reiki, Angelic Reiki, yoga, and gong.
My goal with Arctic Touch is to create a place where knowledge and a personal touch come together—and where you have the opportunity to take time for your body, mind, and soul.
